Sea grapes
Green peppers
Shallots
Scotch bonnet

MOP:
1. Begin my shucking your oysters.
2. Finely dice your green pepper and shallots.
3. Blend together the scotch bonnet and a little bit of olive oil to make a scotch bonnet oil.
4.Then garnish the oyster with your ingredients
