Chef! How did you make that drink smoke of your latest IG and Facebook post?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! - Tom Vancuver
Hey Tom! In the picture featured on our social media we used a very simple but remember-able technique to acquire the smoke in the cocktail. We first made a simple cocktail. Then we acquired "Dry Ice". Dry ice can be found at your local supermarket. Once you receive the dry ice hand with caution! Touching the dry ice with you bare hands can be deadly! Wear gloves and break apart the dry ice. Once it is broken down add little pieces of dry ice to your drink and pull out your phones to record it! This technique can also be done with Liquid nitrogen, but dry ice is easier to obtain and store so that why we use it.
